To mark its 11th anniversary in the Philippines, New Era introduces NEW ERA CO11ECTIVE, a special collection bringing together four distinct creative voices from the local art scene to interpret the brand’s core values through their own artistic lens.
Featuring Jethro Olba, Lei Melendres, Nicolo Nimor, and Raco Ruiz, the collection is rooted in the core values that continue to define New Era: Individuality, Pride, Authenticity, and Collaboration. Each artist was invited to interpret one of these values through their own visual language, resulting in a collection that reflects both their creative identities and the spirit of the brand.
The collection features four SKUs: three signature New Era headwear silhouettes and one commemorative graphic tee. Leading the capsule is the iconic 59FIFTY, reimagined in a bold red colorway with tonal embroidery inspired by each artist’s illustrations, custom interchangeable enamel pin badges, and an undervisor showcasing a full-color print of the collaborative artwork. Joining the lineup is the Camper, finished in a deep green palette with interchangeable velcro graphic patches and embroidered details that highlight the collection’s identity. Rounding out the headwear offering is the 9TWENTY, presented in a classic navy colorway with custom embroidery featuring artwork from all four artists and an exclusive paintbrush-shaped cap pin, a nod to the creative process behind the collaboration. Completing the capsule is a commemorative graphic tee that brings together the four artists’ interpretations of New Era’s core values into one collective vision.
Each artist approached the collection through a unique creative lens while staying rooted in one of New Era’s core values.
Jethro Olba brings Individuality to life through his nostalgic, character-driven illustrations, encouraging wearers to embrace what makes them unique. His design reflects the freedom of self-expression and the confidence to stand apart while staying true to one’s own creative identity.
Representing Collaboration, Lei Melendres transforms his signature intricate linework into a visual expression of connection and community. His artwork symbolizes how individual ideas and creative perspectives come together to create something greater, reflecting the collaborative spirit at the heart of both the collection and New Era.
For Authenticity, Nicolo Nimor delivers a bold composition that showcases his distinct artistic voice. His design embodies the importance of staying genuine—remaining true to your vision, trusting your instincts, and creating with purpose while expressing your identity without compromise.
Completing the collection, Raco Ruiz interprets Pride through his vibrant visual storytelling and playful use of color. His artwork celebrates the confidence to own your journey, take pride in your craft, and express yourself fearlessly, capturing the optimism and energy that define both his work and the New Era community.
More than an anniversary collection, NEW ERA CO11ECTIVE is a celebration of the artists, communities, and creative culture that have grown alongside New Era Philippines over the past eleven years. By turning New Era’s most recognizable silhouettes into canvases for self expression, the collection highlights the shared values that continue to connect the brand with creators and fans alike.
NEW ERA CO11ECTIVE launches nationwide on July 14, 2026, across New Era Philippines stores and channels. To commemorate the release, New Era Philippines will host a special launch event in Uptown Mall BGC, bringing together the featured artists and members of the community for an exclusive celebration. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the artists and participate in a private signing session featuring Jethro Olba, Raco Ruiz, Nicolo Nimor, and Lei Melendres.
As New Era Philippines enters its next chapter, NEW ERA CO11ECTIVE stands as a tribute to eleven years of culture, creativity, and the individuals who continue to move it forward.
